Well i guess he feels like it's his business, but yea he should have told you nicely, and explained the situation to you. I'd be mad to. But then again i'll give him a chanceto explain himself b/c she was part of his past, so i'd give him a chance to explain why he didn't just tell me. I'd have respect that he feels he needs to be there because she/he was part of their past but the gf/bf needs to have respect with who they are with to tell them what it is they are going to do about it and confront it with them so that they can understand, and maybe even avoid getting mad.How would you feel if your live-in girl or boyfriend of 4 1/2 years ,upon finding out that their ex that they?

ur jus tryin to show ur support, but yeah.. id feel bad. but i guess itd be better if i stayed away.
I know it's hard on you but you may need to give some space and back off for a while till things cool down. He's probably feeling like it's partly his fault as if he had stayed with her this maybe wouldn't have happened. He'll come around, just let him know you're there for him and leave him be would be my advice.
